Top Tips For Starting Cycling

In honour of World Bicycle Day we spoke to our ambassador and triathlete Katie to find out about her cycling journey and what her top tips for starting cycling are!

I first got into cycling when I decided I needed a new hobby, something fun but a way of keeping fit. I was around alot of people that did triathlons so as I wasn't that great at any particular sport I thought I'd try somthing that had 3 different things to get better at.

I bought a secound hand road bike and headed out on the road, it was really nerve racking as it was years since I'd been on a bike and never one like this. I took to it fairly quickly and have got better and better.  Now I compete in triathlons all over on my fancy TT bike and can reach speeds I thought only only vehicle with an engine could do.

Most sports bras work great for cycling but mine is actually the Shock Absorber Active Multi Sports Support Bra! It's really comfy, comes in some great colours and also is available in a range of sizes.
