Welcome to wellness and positivity month!

So, what is wellness? It is about putting time aside and making choices that will improve our body and mind. Wellness is something we are responsible for and when life gets hectic it can be easy to forget about ourselves. Plus, with the lockdown restrictions starting to lift the sense of normality can make us feel uneasy. Which is exactly the reason why we have chosen May to be our positivity and wellness month.

We will be using our social channels to share content and tips from professionals on wellbeing, and most importantly we will be posting reminders for you to look after yourself. We have also put together an exciting programme of events with experts in yoga, meditation, and self-care. Some of these will be taking place on Instagram and longer, more in-depth sessions on zoom so make sure you sign up to these so you do not miss out!

We really hope you enjoy what we have planned this May and remember to look after yourself!
