Step One:

Put your arms through the straps and fasten the bra behind your back on the loosest set of hook and eye. If the sports bra is front fastening, put it on like a jacket. If it has no fastenings, throw it on over your head and squeeze in!

Step Two:
Swoop and Scoop! Leaning forward slightly, use your opposite hand to boob, and scoop your breasts into the cups one at a time. Ensure that all of the breast tissue is encased and there is no bulging out or gaping! (See Fitting Tips if you are experiencing this)

Step Three:
Fastened on the loosest hook and eye, the band should sit straight across your back and be a firm fit (See Fitting Tips if you aren’t sure). If you can fasten the back on the middle or tightest setting on the first go, then try a smaller back size. Wearing a sports bra on the loosest setting means that as the bra wears and loses some elasticity over time, you can cinch in the band in for longer lasting support.

Step Four:
Adjust the shoulder straps of your sports bra so your workout pals are lifted and supported. The straps should not dig in and you should have an inch give. If there is no adjustment in the straps, and it is uncomfortable, consider trying a different style of bra.
