She loves working out and keeping herself in shape, using weights to develop muscle tone and strength. She has given us a short, powerful workout for the gym using a kettlebell. Check it out and like if you’ve tried it! So it's 5 kettle bell swings (mine is with a 20kg kettlebell) 5 goblet squats (mine is with a 16kg) and 5 push ups. (HANDS OFF THE FLOOR AT THE BOTTOM). and this would be done EMOM (every minute on the minute) for 15 mins.
