Spicy Fish timeMarinade: 1 bunch of fresh coriander 1 chili 1 clove garlic 1 small piece ginger 1 tbsp white wine vinegar 1 tbsp light soy sauce 2 tsp honey (You may notice this is the same marinade for the chicken last week, but it was so good we had to use it again!) 2-4 pieces of Sea Bass Chop coriander, chili, ginger and garlic. Mix together with all other marinade ingredients. Then put fish into a sealable freezer bag and add marinate. Give the bag a gentle shake to ensure the fish is coated and leave in the fridge for at least an hour. Once marinated grill the fish on a high heat until cooked through. We served this beauty with fresh asparagus and stuffed pepper! The pepper is stuffed with quinoa, green onion, red onion and a little bit of marinade left over.
