I have worn this bra on a difficult two and a half hour run today, and it was very comfortable. I did not know that I had it on! I wore it indoors first for a while.
I ordered one size smaller to make sure that everything was held in place while I ran!
The strap combination is very useful and I can wear the bra under any top. The new clasps 'creaked' a bit but I am hopeful that after some washes this will stop.

The Bra looked very nice. However, I ordered a 32DD which is my exact size but the bra was way too small, I have 4 boobs instead of 2! |

I'm a 32DD in normal bra size and having read various reviews from other people that had brought this sports bra that commented that it was a tight fit I followed their advise and went up a size to 32E. However, even going up a size this is increadiably tight even with straps adjusted and there is no way I could wear this for a long period of time let alone do any exercise in. I will be exchnaging this bra, I have brought shock absorber bras in past and they have fitted me fine and the 32DD size I had fitted, so not sure why this new one is such a bad fit. |

I am so happy that I found this bra. I am currently training for the marathon and have been suffering with my other bra's rubbing and cutting my skin with the extra mileage I have been doing. This bra is perfect, it doesn't rub at all, it's really supportive and comfortable. I am so pleased with it, I have just ordered the black version too. |

This bra looks nice, and doesnt flatten you out like some bras do, it gave me a nice shape. and i like the fact you get 2 different sets of bra straps 1 for comfort & 1 for discretion! |

have ordered shock absorber bras before and had to return them cos i found them on the small side ie. i get an overspill out of the cups under the arms, this time, i ordered an e-cup instead of my usual dd in other makes. unfortunately i still get some of the said overspill, but it is still more comfortable than bras i've tried from shock absorber in my normal size. i like all the variations you get with this bra, meaning you can wear different tops and there is little movement when running or jumping so i would buy this bra again in the bigger size |

I am normally a 34D, but this bra runs pretty small. I returned it for a 34E and it fits really well and is very comfortable. Would recommend going a cup size bigger if you are a larger busted woman. |

Shock Absorber 5 in 1 multiway B5021 - all sizes - shoulder straps too short: I am quite tall (5'10"), and long in the back. Doesn't give me enough length over my shoulders: even at max strap length I couldn't pull the back down far enough to be able to close it without bra riding up over my boobs! Gel pad at back makes it a bit slippery and difficult to hold firmly to close; also, not a seam-free cup: looks seam-free on the outside, but has a seam across the inside of cup. |
