
How long will it take to receive my bra(s)?
We despatch everyday Monday-Friday Royal Mail 1st Class post. Orders placed before 1pm are usually despatched the same day.
What if I want to return my bra(s)?
No matter what the reason, you can return your bras within 21 days of the despatch date (this period is extended in December over the Christmas holidays so if it's a present it can be returned in January). The items returned must be as new ie THE LABELS MUST BE ATTACHED AND THE ITEMS UNWORN , ITEMS MUST BE FREE OF DEODORANT MARKS AND COSMETIC STAINS
Please note that we reserve the right not to give refunds if this is not the case.
To return an item please visit www.boobydoo.co.uk and click onto "your account" log in using your email address and password, click on the returns link on the left and follow the simple on screen instructions. Write the returns code on the Freepost label and post the item back to us.
If the order is of a high value we recommend you send the parcel recorded delivery this service is not covered by the FREEPOST.
Why should I trust you with my credit card number?
Our site is secure and encrypted in accordance with industry recognised best practice to comply with 3D secure. Unlike other companies, we NEVER see your credit card number - all transactions are carried out directly with your bank via a secure encrypted service.
How will my bras be packed?
We use a combination of cardboard carton / postsafe envelopes. Both of which should fit through your letterbox.
We usually remove the bras from the manufacturers boxes, this is so that most parcels will fit through your letterbox. Most customers prefer this approach as they are not inconvenienced by arranging new delivery times etc.. if they happen to be out taking the dog for a walk or something. If your order is a high value we may require the parcel to be signed for.
How do sports bra sizes compare to normal bras?
Sports bra sizes are the same as any other bra, i.e. you don't need to buy a smaller size, but manufacturers’ sizes do differ throughout the lingerie industry so a measuring guide can at best only give guidance (this is why we will always exchange for a different size, at no extra cost) If you have any queries regarding your bra size please e-mail or ring us for advice.
Which impact level is best for me?
This usually depends on two things, your cup size and the type of activity you do. Most bras are either low, medium or high impact. Shock Absorber have a scale ranging from 1-4 (4 being the most supportive for higher impact activities) and Triumph have introduced the Extreme support level suitable for high impact.
As a guide you could look at the BRA ADVICE section where there is an activity/impact level chart, but nothing is written in stone:) It's what you personally find most comfortable.
Don't forget we offer free returns/exchanges (please refer to conditions), so no choice is irreversible.
When will my credit card be charged?
Your credit card is charged at the point of order. This is to prevent a double charging situation, which occurs with credit card pre-authorisations. Our stock system is up to date, but in the unlikely event of an item being out of stock the full amount charged to your card will be refunded.
How much do you charge for delivery/postage?
Postage for UK Addresses is charged on a sliding scale. Up to 4 different items: £2.00, 4+ different items £3.50, 6+ items £7.95.
Orders will be sent Royal Mail first class. Included with your order is a FREEPOST returns label,so any exchanges or returns are free of further charge. We cannot offer FREEPOST service outside the U.K. orders to europe are sent "airsure" and a charge of £4.50 up, depending on location.
Postage charges are automatically calculated each time you add an item to your basket.
Which countries do you ship to ?
When you put an item into the basket it defaults to U.K. for delivery, if you require delivery to another country click the drop down menu and the countries we deliver to will be displayed with cost of postage.
What if I want to exchange my bra?
To exchange an item just go online into My Account and tick the
item/s you wish to return, when we receive the item back here it will
automatically be refunded back to your credit card excluding postage. You will be sent an email confirming all details. You can then order as normal any item you want in exchange, this will be sent post free . This applies to the UK only.(The original postage will show on the invoice)
If you want an exchange item in a hurry i.e. before we receive the item you are returning. Go on line to get your returns reference code. You can then order on line were you will be required to input your credit card details again. Your order will be despatched as soon as possible and you will not be charged postage.
Can I place an order over the telephone?
We do not accept telephone orders as we cannot take credit card details over the telephone. This is for your security.
